BE CAREFUL when ordering the VERTICAL POLES as the diameters vary, depending on where you bought your trampoline. While our vertical poles are generally 32mm or 38mm in diameter, Asda and Orbounder trampolines often have 28mm vertical poles. We therefore recommend you measure your pole diameter first. |

JumpKing replacement net poles can only be used with JumpKing Trampolines. Damage to enclosure poles is rare, but can happen if the trampoline is blown over in the wind. Damage to enclosure poles can be prevented by using a tie-down kit. Make sure you choose the correct pole for your trampoline. Please also check the diameter of your vertical pole, as these can vary. If you need any help to identify which spare part you need, please don't hesitate to send us an email.

Delivery
Usually sent to UK mainland addresses on a next-day courrier service. Delivery overseas can take a few days longer. We generally dispatch sameday if you order before 12 noon. When you input your address details, you can also add special delivery instructions. In any case, we generally send you your tracking details, so you will know when delivery will be attempted.
